As a hands-on entrepreneur, he deeply engaged in every production stage, from material selection to final product, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process and quality control essentials. Through this experience, he realized that only by achieving low cost while maintaining high quality could more people truly enjoy the warmth and joy of festivals.
However, as products entered the market, David Gao encountered a disheartening reality: despite their excellent quality and affordable prices, the cost of holiday decorations soared by the time they reached end customers due to profit stacking at each intermediary level. Coupled with issues in logistics management, opaque channels, and price discrimination, customers often found it difficult to appreciate the original cost-effectiveness of the products.

Starting from the production side, HOYECHI optimized every production link to reduce costs. On the sales front, we adopted a direct online sales model to shorten the supply chain and avoid cost increases due to middlemen. Furthermore, HOYECHI established local warehousing centers in various regions, not only reducing logistics costs but also significantly improving delivery efficiency. We are committed to delivering high-quality, reasonably priced holiday lighting products to customers worldwide, allowing more people to enjoy the warmth and joy of festivals.
